Convenient Location and Good Service, with Some Room for Improvement

This place is super close to all the fun nightlife and beautiful beaches, as well as the downtown area. The service here is really good, but I did encounter a couple of staff members who weren't very friendly. though, it was a good experience. 🌴

I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable.

This place was perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach. It was tucked away down a quaint alleyway, which added to its charm.

Everything was simply very good. Appreciated a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Everyone was very friendly and tremendously helpful, I felt safe.

During our stay at Tropical Garden, we were delighted by the lush tropical garden surrounding the hotel. The beautiful foliage created a serene and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel like we were truly in paradise. The hotel's central location provided easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions, making it incredibly convenient. We were especially impressed by the friendly staff, who went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations and ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the refreshing pool, Tropical Garden exceeded our expectations in every way. our experience at this hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

Spent Christmas in a beautiful hotel surrounded by lush greenery and well-maintained pools. The beer and snacks that were complementary upon arrival really kicked off the festive mood. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to walk around town and explore the local shops and restaurants. Best of all, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

The room was a bit dated and could have been cleaner. the noise from the nearby streets and bars made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

Great facilities, pet-friendly, quiet, easy access. Nice pool, beautiful garden, good kitchen. Excellent water pressure, good security, surf rental nearby. Friendly staff, proactive communication.

Rooms are old and dingy, with sloppy kitchens and sometimes non-working appliances. Wi-Fi is spotty and only available in the office.

The central location was convenient, allowing us to walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. It was also near the beach, so we didn't have to go far for a swim. Our room was cute and had a decent bathroom. However, the service and breakfast were lackluster. We also noticed the lack of facilities when compared to other more expensive hotels.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel's facilities are great, including a big pool, beautiful green gardens, and comfy rooms with lovely decor. It's near the beach and there's even beach access, making it easy to enjoy walks down at the beach. The hotel's cleanliness is top-notch, and parking is convenient too. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
